Meet Stella! She spent eighteen years in the hair industry and twelve as the owner of her own salon. It turns out running a salon is surprisingly great training for UI design. She realized that every client who sat in her chair came with something they couldn't quite articulate, and it was her job was to listen closely enough to understand what they actually needed. That skill — bridging the gap between what people say and what they mean — turns out to be at the heart of good UX. Color and composition taught her to see with intention. Attention to detail became second nature. And twelve years of owning a business taught her that the small things are rarely small.

Today she brings all of that into her design work, crafting accessible, intuitive interfaces that put real people first. She believes great design, like a great haircut, should feel effortless — and like it was made just for you.
